The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Amelia Island is pleased to announce and exclusive series of meditation experiences taught by Liam and Radha Gillen certified instructors at the Amrit Yoga Institute.

Their specialty is Yoga Nidra, an ancient tradition of guided meditation experienced lying down. By simply following the breathing and visualization guidance, you disconnect from the busy mind and release deeply held tensions that cause stress leaving you feeling invigorated with increased energy, mental clarity and relaxed body and mind. No yoga experience is required.

Saturday, March 16 – BODY AND MIND RESTORATION (COMPLIMENTARY) – Learn to change your relationship to pain and stressful situations through meditation. You’ll experience a restored sense of well-being, improved sleep and improved clarity of mind with a practice that you can continue at home. 11:30 am – 1 pm, $99 per person.

Saturday, April 20 – THRIVE IN LIFE MEDITATION – 90 minutes to see the world reflected through the calming lens of meditation. Learn the techniques to change your relationship to stress-producing habits and negative behaviors and the keys to overcoming them and progressing on your journey. 11:30 am – 1 pm, $99 per person.

Saturday, June 15 – LETTING GO OF ANXIETY – You’ll be guided through several layers of consciousness to a point where your body releases the chemicals to rebalance its own nervous system, leaving you calm and serene. 11:30 am – 1 pm, $99 per person.

Saturday, July 20 – POWER OF INTENTION – Create your own personal intention for healing as you explore the subtle states of Yoga Nidra Meditation. You’ll be expertly guided through the process of creating an intention that will resonate in every area of your life. 11:30 am – 1 pm, $99 per person.

Saturday, August 31 – CLEANSING STRESS MEDITATION – Learn the ancient meditation techniques for cleansing the body and spirit of deeply-held stress. Participants can experience a profound release of energy that returns the body to balance. 11:30 am – 1 pm, $99 per person.

Saturday, October 5 – POWER OF THE PRESENT MEDITATION – Make decisions in your life from a place of confidence. This workshop focuses on knowing your true self and connecting with your inner source of strength.
