I’m glad to see that there is interest in this wonderful historic property. I would love to know what the new owner plans to do with it . . . hopefully, it will be good for the historic district, the business community and all of us who love downtown! 🙂

I hope they can save the building…it has fallen into bad condition of late. The roof has leaked terribly, and the interior is severely damaged now.
So needless.

Great! A good job by Anthony, as it should provide some more development in the area. We needed this – to get things going in the waterfront area. Hopefully, more will be done to the entire downtown waterfront and generate more for the city.
Tony (Anthony) did a great job – Thank You!
