Open-Focus Attention Classes Offered

Classes offered by Martha Bennett, MABennett
Open Focus Coach

Stress (negative) is in the news more and more, and many of us suffer from its effects. Stress accumulates and can have undesirable effects on your life (depression, anxiety, fatigue, physical tension, chronic pain, and impaired function to name a few) even making you sick. Some scientists and physicians believe that most illness is caused by stress.

Dr. Les Fehmi a psychologist and specialist in neurofeedback has developed Open-Focus Attention and has treated many patients with it in his office in Princeton, NJ. Open-Focus Attention is a simple, powerfully effective and elegant method for treating stress. Open Focus Attention Training teaches you how to use Open-Focus for yourself not only for the benefits of reducing stress but also enhancing creativity, improving relationships, musical and athletic performance. Most people learn to use Open Focus quite easily.

Classes are scheduled on 4 consecutive Wednesday evenings:
April 30, May 7, May 14 and May 21 from 6:30 to 9:00
to be held at the Amelia Office Suites, 910 S. 8th Street, Fernandina Beach Florida 30234. An introductory price of $50 covers the 4 classes. Please call Martha Bennett, 904-557-5951 for more information and to register.
