News4Jax reports lawsuit threat over information access spreads to Nassau County

Chuck, I think you are spot on with your comment. Here is an article on the issue indicating that FL and NY seem to be primary targets. While non-compliance can be a serious issue, all to often these actions are similar to extortion with the plantiff attorneys getting the lions share of any monies.
