The Board of County Commissioners is seeking someone to represent them on the Keep Nassau Beautiful Board of Directors.

Keep Nassau Beautiful is a non- profit organization that focuses on educating the public on ways to improve the community’s appearance, establishing litter control programs, and organizing community recycling events.

Their Board of Directors meets every other month on the second Tuesday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Members are responsible for attending meetings regularly, reviewing financial reports, exploring ideas and policies, and participating in community events. Membership is strictly voluntary as members do not receive any stipend.

If you are interested in community improvement and would like to get involved, please contact the County Manager’s Office at (904) 530-6010 or email [email protected].

Taylor Hartmann would be a wonderful volunteer. She is city commissioner Philip Chapman ‘s daughter and would be a wonderful asset to the program.
