Nassau County Beach Working Group to meet February 26

The Board of County Commissioners has formed a Beach Community Working Group consisting of Michael S. Mullin (County Manager), Taco Pope (Director of Planning and Economic Development), Doug Podiak (Facilities Maintenance Director), Gil Langley (Executive Director of the Tourist Development Council), Butch Osbourne (Nassau County Sheriff’s Office), Mac Morris (Ex-Officio Member) and Lowell Hall (Ex-Officio Member) to review current beach related Ordinances and use of the beach and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners as to any amendments to beach ordinances in relation to beach use.

The Working Group’s first meeting will take place in the Commission Chambers, located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida on the following date and time:

February 26, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. There will be other announced meetings.
