Fernandina Beach City Manager Dale Martin has advised:
According to discussions with Nassau County Emergency Operations officials, a MANDATORY evacuation has been recommended (likely to be confirmed by the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners at a 1:00 PM meeting this afternoon) to commence at 6:00 AM Thursday.
