Girl Scouts and Barnabas Center partner on 20th Annual Peanut Butter & Jelly Food Drive

Barnabas Center and the Girl Scouts of Nassau County kick-off their 20th annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Drive, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018 through Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018. This drive is in celebration of National Make a Difference Day, which recognizes the common mission to improve the lives of others. Girl Scouts who participate in the collection will earn their ‘Make a Difference’ patch.

This year, donations will be distributed by Barnabas Center to Nassau County Head Start Centers, the Council on Aging and Salvation Army Hope House.

Donations of peanut butter and jelly can be dropped off at any of the following locations:
• City of Fernandina Beach, City Hall, 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
• Party Bounce Play, 1852 Sadler Road, Fernandina Beach, FL.
• Wildlight Elementary School, 550 Curiosity Avenue, Yulee, FL 32097.
• Winn Dixie Booths
o Yulee Winn Dixie – Troop 880 – Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 – 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
o Fernandina Beach Winn Dixie – Troop 269/502 – Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018 – 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
o Callahan Winn Dixie – Troop 660 – Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018 – 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
