FSCJ’s District Board of Trustees Welcomes New Member

Florida State College at Jacksonville’s (FSCJ) District Board of Trustees welcomes Laura DiBella of Fernandina Beach, as its newest Board member, appointed by Governor Rick Scott.

Ms. DiBella is currently port director of the Fernandina Ocean Highway and Port Authority and the executive director of the Nassau County Economic Development Board.

“FSCJ is honored to have Ms. DiBella join our District Board of Trustees,” said FSCJ President Dr. Cynthia Bioteau. “Her experience within Nassau County coupled with her workforce and economic insights will be a tremendous asset to our student success efforts.”

Ms. DiBella succeeds Jimmie Mayo and is appointed for a term beginning March 22, 2018 and ending May 31, 2019. The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
