Friends of Fort Clinch

The Friends of Ft. Clinch Board of Directors recently donated a new Mahindra 4X4 Utility Vehicle to the Park for the Ft. Clinch Sea Turtle Patrol. The vehicle was purchased by the Friends with the assistance of a matching grant from the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation. The Turtle Patrol monitors turtle nests and activities within the Park boundaries.
Board members for 2017 include from L to R; R.J. Jones, Don Hughes, Stan Fishburn, Nancy Fishburn, Sandra Baker-Hinton, Amy Wade, Candy Michelson, Jim McCannell and (not pictured) Rob Pfluger. In addition to several Park Rangers, Turtle Patrol volunteers include, Jayne and Pat Nasrallah, Ramona Peters, Susan Kinley, Amy Wade and Sandra Baker-Hinton.
