Filling Foster’s seat – Florida Supreme Court to hear oral arguments in Trotti v Scott – October 2

The Florida Supreme Court by a vote of 4 -3, Pariente, Lewis , Quince, and Labarga in the affirmative, has accepted jurisdiction in Trotti v Scott, the case involving Judge Foster’s purported early resignation prior to the end of his term. The Court will hear oral argument on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
