During November 2015, the city surveyed 226 permits, 40 less than October but 55 more than the same period in 2014. This activity brought the city $149,976 in fees. Permits were issued for 9 new buildings. Permits for the first 11 months of the 2015 calendar year are running ahead of last year, 2,759 to 2,510.
