FBHS Class of 2017 receive awards from non-profits, military, and others

Alan Cover presents the Wayne Benner $4,000 scholarship award to Montana Walker.
Nassau County Community Development Corporation Scholarships awarded by Chairman Annette Myers and Charles Albert to Tyler Herring (William Peck Memorial Scholarship) and Crishelle Bailey (Rychard, Lottie, Annie Cook Scholarship.)
Kraft Tennis Partner Scholarships were presented to Tyler Hargis and Scott Wardrop by Paul Griffin and Pamela Rea.
Friends of Fernandina Aviation Scholarships are presented by Jim McCannell (R) and Mark Avakian (L)  to Scott Wardrop and Elizabeth Lai.

U.S. Army Staff Sgt Venson (Top) holds a check in the amount of $86,852  recognizing Aaron Burgan enlistment and future benefits from the Army.  Aaron enters the Army on July 11.  United States Army Reserve National Scholar Athletes (Bottom) are Lauren Kilburn, and Brendan Twiggs.
The Marine Distinguished Athlete Award goes to Katie Rojas and Ty Herring (T). Sgt Kathryn Bynum presents the Musical Excellence Award to Jessica Clark (B)
