The Fernandina Beach City Commission will conduct an all day workshop to set goals for the new year on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the City Golf Course Clubhouse, 2800 Bill Melton Road, Fernandina Beach, FL. This is the time of year that the Commissioners and the City Manager discuss among themselves goals of individual commissioners with the intention of melding them into a prioritized list of overall goals for the city. The agreed upon set of goals drive the budget process as well as the capital improvement plan.
The workshop is open to the public, but typically workshops do not take public input, as the agenda below shows.
