One Response to City’s beach trash receptacles arrive

This is great, much needed, just don’t forget to empty them. But while we are on subject of garbage, lets talk about garbage in the Downtown area. Last Wednesday we went to town for lunch. All along Centre st., and side streets, garbage cans, and refuse at the curbs in front of stores, restaurants, other businesses. An eye sore, and some smelled. Wednesday at noon, locals, and tourist crowded the street. Doesn’t our economy depend on tourism.? Don’t you think they notice garbage.? I posted my thoughts last week and a woman suggested this trash should be gone by 8:00am. on the morning of pick up. This is not rocket science.
