Yard Debris
A message from the City of Fernandina Beach maintenance department along with DRC emergency services: City residents, please place storm debris within the right of way (the area between the street and your home, typically about twenty feet long). Do not place the debris in the road or in the way of any storm drain flow areas. The plan is to begin pickup on Monday.
Do not place debris in trash bags or any type of container, be cognizant of storm drains, fire hydrants, water meters and cable boxes. Hurricane Irma yard materials only!
Sanitation Services
Garbage pickup will resume on Thursday, September 14. Yard services will begin on Monday, September, 18.
