City schedules informational sessions on flood hazards, insurance, and building responsibly

In an effort to increase community outreach, the Building Department has scheduled informational sessions throughout the next several months.

  • Topics addressed include:
    Know Your Flood Hazard
  • Buying Flood Insurance
  • Protect Yourself and Your Family from Hazards
  • Protect Your Property
  • Build Responsibly
  • Protect Natural Floodplain Functions

Additional meetings to discuss the Floodplain Ordinance will be scheduled and sent out the first week of April.
