Editor’s Note: As a child in the the early 70’s, Peter Fontaine first visited Amelia Island. He spent his time hunting sharks’ teeth, surfing, and admiring various wildlife. He attended photography school at the University of Florida and he worked as a staff photographer for the PGA Tour. He is currently a realtor at Diamond Realty Group of Amelia.
