Gale Jameyson moved to Fernandina Beach from Kennebunk, Maine in 2002 after retiring from UNUM Life Insurance Company. Gale began playing golf in 1962 and is a member of the Golf Club of North Hampton. While in Maine, Gale was involved with the Maine State Golf Association as a director for 10 years and as president for 2 years. Gale enjoys taking pictures while walking Fernandina’s waterfront and spending time in Fort Clinch. We thank Gale for his contribution to the Fernandina Observer.
What a smart, positive, activist crowd. So clearly all those voices chanting and carrying signs advocating gun control already know this grammar fact. This is for the Constitutional ‘scholars’ who don’t. Militia is a collective noun. One shooter is not a militia just like one bird is not a flock, one cow is not a herd, and one huge lobbyist is not the majority of citizens in our country. Fill in the right one and get sane gun control. The kids already have. Johanna
