Clay Times Art Center is opening its doors & parking area convenient to Dickens Christmas visitors throughout this weekend, with paint-your-own holiday pottery projects and free 2-hour parking for customers who arrive in carloads of 3 or more. Located across from Bright Mornings Cafe on 3rd St. in historic downtown Fernandina, the Center is the newest art school & gallery along the Artrageous Artwalk trail, with festive artist receptions planned for 5-8 pm on Saturday evening.

Whether young or old, local or visitor, the Art Center has something to pique your interest! Treat your senses to unique original art in our Gallery, featuring handmade lighting, furniture, leather goods, jewelry, silk, paintings, and more! Perhaps you’d like to inquire about our upcoming classes in wheel-throwing, stained glass, jewelry making, or flower arranging. Maybe you’re curious to see how we’ve been transforming this former 4,500+ s.f. day care center into a fascinating mix of artist studios. Whatever your fancy, you’ll be glad you joined us this weekend! You’ll find us just two doors down from the corner of 3rd & Ash. We look forward to meeting you!
