Seriously! The best that our local YMCA can offer on ‘National Senior Health and Fitness Day’ on May 30, is a seminar on Cremation? Look at what all the other YMCA’s in NE Florida are offering http://firstcoastymca.org/national-senior-health-and-fitness-day/ (Cooking, fitness, dance, brain health, financial info, etc.)
