Joanna Jordan’s Empowered Journey Herbals showing her popular elderberry syrup offered at Fernandina’s Market Place.

The Fernandina Beach Market Place is an amazing outdoor farmers market that offers home-made and home-grown products every week. Join us in historic Fernandina on North Seventh Street, under the Spanish moss draped oaks for a morning of fresh air and a variety of fresh baked goods. You will find breads galore like garlic sticks, and guava, cherry, or raspberry pastries. You’ll find loaves, muffins, bagels, biscuits, and cookies. There is baklava, spanakopita, pita, ciabatta and focaccia, too.

Looking for fresh produce? You’ll find peas and beans, squash and zucchini, and red, white, or baking potatoes. There are apples and mangos, oranges and berries. Lettuce, spinach, salad mix, and kale are readily available, also broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, Brussel sprouts and more!

Arrive early for the best selection of shrimp, landscaping plants and blooming baskets. Stop by the King of Guacamole booth and watch as they make fresh guac right before your eyes. Returning this week are authentic Vietnamese An-believable Egg Rolls and Joanna Jordan is back with her elderberry syrup. You will also find hot sauces and rubs, vegan and gluten-free, Alaskan salmon, beef, pork and chicken, soaps and body products. The farmers market truly has something for everyone!

The farmers market is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This week’s musician is Thaxton Rowe. For more information, visit FernandinaBeachMarketPlace.com.
