Looking for an activity to enjoy the spring weather and nature? Grab your camera or phone and enter the 2021 Wild Amelia Nature Photo Contest. This year there are three categories.

• Professionals who exhibit or sell their photographs
• Adult Amateurs
• Youth Amateurs (18 years-old or younger)

There will be cash prizes for the winner in each category and additional cash prizes for photographs included in Wild Amelia’s 2022 Nature Calendar.

All entries must showcase Amelia Island’s natural assets including:

• Native Fauna (e.g., birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects)
• Native Flora (e.g., flowers, trees, plants)
• Landscapes

Images may be photographed at locations other than Amelia Island, but the subject much be indigenous to the island.

Online entries must be submitted by midnight on May 31. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than May 29. Due to the postponement of the Wild Amelia Nature Festival, entrants will be notified by email and winners acknowledged on the Wild Amelia website, in the Wild Amelia newsletter and in local media.
