The Amelia Island CVB is welcoming classic car enthusiasts from around the world to experience the annual Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance, springtime’s signature automotive event. Two-time winner of the prestigious International Historic Motoring Awards, “The Amelia” features more than 300 rare vehicles from seldom-seen private collections around the world. Now in its third decade, it has become the centerpiece of an island-wide celebration known as Amelia Concours Week, which features auctions and events with RM Sotheby’s, Gooding & Company, Werks Reunion, Festivals of Speed, Bonhams, the new Russo & Steel auction, and more.
The 2019 events will honor former Belgian racing driver, Jacky Ickx, who won the 24 Hours of Le Mans six times, achieved eight wins and 25 podium finishes in Formula One, won the Can-Am Championship in 1979 and is a former winner of the Dakar Rally.

WHERE: Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance will be held at The Golf Club of Amelia. Additional events will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, and other locations throughout Amelia Island.
