Library Book Club Back in Business

After an extended Covid-caused hiatus, the Friends of the Library Book Club has regrouped and selected the books members will discuss during the coming year.

The books selected are: What Strange Paradise by Omar El Akkad, January 12; The Go-Between by L.P. Hartley, February 9; Apeirogon by Colum McCann, March 9; To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf, April 13; This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald, May 11; Hieroglyphics by Jill McCorkle, June 8; Turtles All the Way Down by John Green, July 13; The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles, September 14; Cloud Cuckoo Land by Anthony Doerr, November 9; Great Circle by Maggie Shipstead, December 14, and The Night Watchman by Louise Erdrich, January 11.

Meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the Parlor of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Atlantic Avenue at N. 8th Street.  Programs are free, and all are welcome, with no pre-registration required.
