An ultra-modern design, 33-unit, four-story condominium project at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and North 11th Street was reviewed Thursday by the city's Technical Review Committee.
The structure will be built on .67 acres, which was formerly a gasoline service center commercial building.
The condominium is named Park Place on Atlantic and is being developed by Spurgeon Richardson. The project's description submitted to the city reads: 3 story-33 residential units and the 4th floor to be 9,993 square feet of commercial office space.
Documents indicate the condo project has been in the planning stages since 2018.
A website for the Park Place on Atlantic states, "Arriving Spring 2025 Pre-Construction Pricing $749,000 - $1.5 Million."
In promoting the units, the website says, "Exclusive amenities include a resort-style pool with jetted spa, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a rooftop terrace, and a social lounge. Whether you're seeking a permanent residence or a vacation retreat, this exceptional development promises a lifestyle of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled convenience."
There are six different condo floor plans for the project.
