Fernandina Beach City Manager Dale Martin has just announced that gasoline is now available to boaters at the city marina. Diesel fuel availability is still pending a final test and FEDP verification, which may come as early as this weekend.
UPDATE Saturday, May 15, 2021 from Fernandina Beach Mayor Mike Lednovich:
"It’s been 4 years, 7 months and 7 days since gasoline was available at the City Marina. This morning Capt. Kevin McCarthy of Amelia River Cruises was the first to fill up."
