Ann Marie Fisk VS Ivory Nicole Keyse and Larry Dean Moore
It appearing from the petition in this cause, which is sworn to, that Larry Dean Moore, whose whereabouts are unknown and cannot be personally served with the ordinary process of law, it is ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Nassau County, Florida requiring the said respondent to serve an answer upon Carley R. Darby, Attorney for Petitioner, 410 E. Spring Street, Ste H, Cookeville, TN 38501 within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication and to appear in the Juvenile Court of Putnam County, Tennessee at Cookeville, Tennessee on the 25th day of April, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock A.M. to personally answer and make defense to the petition filed in this cause which seeks to Petition for Dependency and Neglect or otherwise said petition will be taken for confessed and cause proceeded with ex parte.

Huh, does the FO now qualify for posting legal notices instead of the Nassau paper? Good potential revenue source but not of interest to readers.

Are you EVER going to publish an article about the motorcycle accident which resulted in two fatalities at the Egans Creek Greenway pedestrian crossing on Jasmine? Your masthead says the FO is a “Journal of News and Opinions.” It has become more of a journal of opinions and restaurant reviews with a weekly news story or two if we’re lucky.
