Our next field trip will be Saturday morning of October 24th at 8am starting at the Goffinsville Ramp off Old Nassauville Road. For directions click here. We will start  looking for species on or near the river. There is also a short walking trail where we will look for late migrants and early winter residents. Expect to see a variety of herons, ibis, gulls, shorebirds, thrushes and songbirds. The next stop will be Holly ramp which is a few miles past Goffinsville.

If time permits, we will explore the Half Moon boat ramp off Highway 17. Please bring binoculars and a scope if you have one. Dress for the weather. Please call me at 612-709-4998 or email [email protected] with any questions.

Visitors welcomed.
