Fernandina Beach police detectives arrested two subjects yesterday at separate locations, and both were charged with trafficking in a control substance.

Raymond B. Green, thirty-two years of age, was arrested at the Fernandina Beach Airport Industrial Park yesterday. Green had promised to deliver prescription medication to a confidential source at that location, similar to a previous undercover operation involving Green. On May 16th Green sold (54) fifty-four oxycodone pills during a controlled buy.  Green was taken into custody yesterday on the outstanding warrant and is currently being held at the Nassau County Jail on a $50,000.00 bond.  He is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

Also yesterday, Fernandina Beach detectives arrested sixty-two year old Claude H. Goodwin, at his home in Yulee, FL. Goodwin was in possession and sold prescription pills to a confidential informant on three occasions between February 2012 and March 2012. A total of (50) fifty hydrocodone pills were purchased from Goodwin during the three undercover operations.  Goodwin was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held at the Nassau County Jail on a $150,000.00 bond. He is charged with three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
