About 100 people crowded into the Fernandina Beach Police Department to listen to a forum for candidates for Nassau County Sheriff last night, run by the Nassau Patriots Tea Party.
The room was hot and some of the questions very specific regarding budget figures and crime statistics. Prior to the program candidates for other elected offices were circulating and handing out brochures.
