Special deals for locals at Florida Trust Annual Conference

We are just a couple weeks out from the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation conference. There is still time to register…the deadline has been extended to Wednesday, May 9 for locals only! Student registration is FREE. Please join us. Register at floridapreservationconference.com. Help us spread the word by sharing this information with your contacts.

Please note that several events are open to the public:

  • Tuesday, May 15 at 6:30-8pm – Kingsley Plantation– Joseph McGill with the Slave Dwelling Project
  • Thursday, May 17 at 9:30-11am – St. John’s Cathedral – Opening Session and 11 to Save announcement
  • Friday, May 18 at 5:30-7pm – duPont Center – Statewide Preservation Awards
  • Saturday, May 19 from 9am-12pm – Giving Back headstone cleaning at Mount Olive Cemetery with the Florida Public Archaeology Network

We are seeking volunteers for the event! Can’t register for the whole conference or a whole day, but see a session that interests you? Sign up for that volunteer slot and attend that session for FREE! (Please note only sessions you volunteer for will be free to attend.) Those of you who need AICP or AIA credits can still get credit for those sessions where you volunteer.
