Last Frontier of FB (Fernandina Beach), LLC, has purchased the building at 910 South 8th Street and is in the process of sprucing up and remodeling. This building, you may remember, once housed racquetball courts and Sutton Place. The owners are planning a type of incubator for businesses to lease with some common support services available, according to Dudley Benesch.
Some of the spaces have already been leased for Amelia Office Suites and their website should be up and running soon. See Ameliaofficesuites.com. It is certainly exciting to see improvements on the 8th Street corridor.
