2.35-acre complex to bring professional office condos inspired by Wildlight’s Florida Lowcountry architecture and design

WILDLIGHT, FL. – November 9, 2021 – Jacksonville-based real estate developers, Skinner Bros. Realty and The Silverfield Group, broke ground on a new development within Nassau County master-planned community, Wildlight. The Offices at Village Center, located at 57 Homegrown Way in Wildlight, will offer professional office space, projected to open in Spring 2022.

“The office buildings offer a prime opportunity to professional service businesses, who will benefit from direct access to I-95, A1A, and more than 9,000 homeowners within a 3-mile radius,” said Chet Skinner, vice president of Skinner Bros. Realty. “The attractiveness of this location is clear as we’ve already sold 40% of the available office space before breaking ground.”

The six office buildings, built by King South Construction, will offer a total of 27,000 square feet of office space. Each office will range from 1,500 to 5,275 square feet. To date, two buildings and half of another building are already reserved. A large parking space is shared by all Offices at Village Center.

“The office buildings will match the surrounding Florida Lowcountry architecture and offer great visibility within Wildlight,” said Ray Adams, vice president of Silverfield Development Group. “This project offers a rare opportunity to buy professional office space in the Wildlight Village Center.”

Wildlight is the new town under development in Nassau County with a rich mixture of businesses and amenities. The new office spaces build on Wildlight’s latest developments including the second phase of its Forest Park neighborhood, as well as Publix, UF Health Rehabilitation – Wildlight Village Center, and the future Del Webb active adult neighborhood, slated for a March 2022 grand opening.

“We are thrilled to add professional office spaces to the collection of offerings at Wildlight,” said West Hinton, vice president of Raydient Places + Properties. “Providing the residents at Wildlight with direct access to professional services such as financial advisors, shipping logistics, a sales office, and more only further the convenient and thoughtfully-planned lifestyle that’s been carefully curated within the community.”

The Offices at Village Center rest at the heart of Wildlight’s commercial district. Nearby neighbors include retail, restaurants, and a hotel, many of which are already open.

and rental apartments together with shops and restaurants, a new elementary school and a system of trails and pathways intended to make it healthy and walkable and connect it all together. Our Phase 1 plan is flexible and currently designed for about 1,000 homes across about 260 acres plus nearly 350 acres of permanently preserved open space. Wildlight will offer comfortable and friendly Florida Lowcountry living 20 miles north of Jacksonville, just east of Interstate 95 on A1A, with easy access to both Amelia Island and the Jacksonville International Airport.
