Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducts drug sting operation

On June 28, 2013, members of the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, with assistance from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, conducted an undercover drug sting operation to arrest individuals who bring illegal drugs into Nassau County.  Six people were arrested at the Days Inn in Fernandina Beach.  The amount of drugs seized were 25.2 grams of Marijuana, .2 grams of cocaine and 3 grams of synthetic cannabinoids.
