The County has received notification that Jax Utilities Management will be installing a new water main on County Road 108 in Hilliard, between Illinois Street and Bay Road. Construction was scheduled to begin this past Saturday, July 14th and will continue through August 30th. During this time, there will be lane closures throughout the day.
