Representative Adkins Announce Staff Changes

State Representative Janet Adkins announces staff changes in her district office. Carol Hays has assumed the role of constituent liaison and will be working with constituents throughout the district to resolve issues they may have with state agencies. Rachel Keller joined the office in December and will serve in the district office, directing the activities of the legislative interns and handing office matters.

Ms. Hays moved to Fernandina Beach in January of 2012 and has been with Representative Adkins since August of 2013, formerly handling communications and the day-to-day operations of the office. Ms. Hays will be attending community meetings throughout the district, representing the office, and will be available to meet with constituents at these meetings and in the district office.

Ms. Keller is a long-term resident of Fernandina Beach. She is a recent graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a double major in International Affairs and Political Science. Rachel attended Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville while also attending Florida State College at Jacksonville under the dual-enrollment program. Ms. Keller completed internships with Representative Adkins, Senator Bean and Congressman Crenshaw during her term as an undergraduate at FSU.

James Adams, Legislative Aide for Representative Adkins remains with the office conducting legislative matters for Adkins and accompanying her to Tallahassee during the 2016 Legislative Session.
