Except for safety fencing and port-potties, the demobilization is complete. The final meeting with project leaders was held this morning. Dredging crews will be back in November and will complete their work in February 2019. According to Vice Mayor Kreger,  despite the added expense of the start and stop renourishment, (operations ended early in mid April due to turtle nesting season),  the local payment remains the same.
