Sarah Johnson and Dad Kevin attended the Amelia Island Premier Multi-Genre Convention at the Atlantic Recreation Center on Saturday dressed as an imperial Guard and Jawa.
Lines of costumed cartoon and other characters lined up to attend the affair. The booths inside were packed with lots of interested customers and services. One of the attending pirates advised that her daughter was there to speak “geek.”
It certainly was a successful turnout and great rainy day event for our young and older people as well, judging by the crowds and excitement level inside and outside.
