Meet Logan, who made his public debut as Dog of the Month at the August 6, 2019 Fernandina Beach City Commission meeting. He is one of 3 puppies who came to the Nassau Humane Society shelter when their mother was killed.
Logan and many other dogs and cats are available for adoption at the shelter on Airport Road.
On Saturday August 17 the public is invited to Woofstock! Vendors, live music, food trucks and much more! 2 pm-7 pm at the NHS Adoption Center, 639 Airport Road in Fernandina Beach.
That event coincides with national Clear the Shelters Weekend, so the Adoption Center will be open until 7 pm that Saturday to encourage as many adoptions as possible.
