ATAX celebrates grand opening with the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce. The tax preparation business is located on Road 200 in Fernandina Beach (in the Goodwill shopping center). IHolding the scissors is Nancy Burnett (Steve Burnett) and Kristina Oneill,
