Get to Know the Presenter, Brian Martin!

Brian Martin is a vice president of Robert Charles Lesser & Co.’s Orlando, Fla., office. Brian is well versed on issues concerning the ability for local governments to finance and construct public infrastructure.

In fact, Brian developed a fiscal analysis model for the entire State of Florida that helps local governments understand the impacts of different land use plans on government budgets. He has years of experience with economic impact modeling and a history of speaking at growth and infrastructure consortium conferences.
