The City of Fernandina Beach Planning and Conservation Department in collaboration with Fernandina Beach Main Street is excited to announce tickets for the second Preservation Tour are on sale now.
Join us for National Historic Preservation Month as we offer guided tours of preserved historic buildings including two historic homes, an historic church and cemetery, a decommissioned church adapted to a residence and an urban flower farm. Guests are also able to walk through an active job site nearing completion of a multi-year rehabilitation, where they will learn about sensitively incorporating historic and new construction into rehabilitation projects.
Tickets will be available on the day of the event, May 7, at City Hall (204 Ash Street). Purchase ahead and receive a discounted price. The tour will run from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Guests are encouraged to tour at their own pace. Shuttles will be available.
