We just had another conference call with National Weather Service,  Jacksonville.  The storm track is now a northeasterly movement and may come across the middle to north of the state, but the direct track has not been determined.  They do expect the storm to redevelop this afternoon with heavy rainfall possible into Tuesday and early Wednesday.  Currently, the conditions are not favorable for the storm to strengthen and there is only a 20-30% chance of tropical storm force winds.  The local impacts are the potential for flooding through mid-week (2-4 inches today) and we are still in a tornado watch through this afternoon.
