Impact fee lawsuit continues in Historic Nassau County Courthouse Tuesday

The public phase of the impact fee lawsuit began “front and Centre” in the historic Nassau County Courthouse on Monday and will continue on  Tuesday, December 3 at 10 a.m. Judge Brian Davis is presiding.  The bond validation trial is should end on Tuesday.

At issue  is whether or not the City  has the “authority under the Florida Constitution to issue bonds repayable from the revenues of impact fees.”
