“Historic District A Living Museum” rescheduled to January 28

The Amelia Island Museum of History has rescheduled Dickie Anderson’s talk originally scheduled January 21, 2022, to January 28, 2022, at 6PM Amelia Island Museum of History.

In this lecture, “Amelia Island’s Historic District – A Living Museum”, Dickie Anderson will discuss her latest book, Great Homes and Churches: Architectural Treasures of Amelia Island, an expanded version of her earlier book Great Homes of Fernandina. In addition to profiling 25 Fernandina Beach historic homes, the book profiles 9 historic churches.

Attendance is free for museum members with a suggested donation of $5 for nonmembers. Masks are mandatory. Seating is limited on a first come, first served basis. This program is wheelchair accessible.

Cindy, check with the museum. They do sometimes tape or otherwise make their presenters’ work available.
