Jacksonville Magazine hosted the 4th annual Great Chefs of Amelia Island event on August 29, with Barnabas as its beneficiary on August 29th. This year for the first time, all three winning teams—Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Amelia Island—will face one another in a one-night-only competition to determine which team will come out as the winner over all Northeast Florida.
Great Chefs is a culinary competition, at which attendees judge the top chefs from the top restaurants in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Amelia Island, and choose the winning team! The event in Amelia Island consisted of a delicious three-course gourmet meal with wine pairings and a silent auction at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. Proceeds supported local Barnabas programs and services.
