8/27/21 @ 8:15 a.m. – President Biden has issued a Proclamationordering all flags in the United States to be flown at half-staff through sunset on Monday, August 30th, as a mark of respect for the U.S. Service Members and other victims killed in the terrorist attack on August 26th in Kabul, Afghanistan.
