PrintToday was not a good day for the New York Stock Exchange, United Airlines, the Wall Street Journal, and the Fernandina Observer. Early this morning, those of us dedicated to bring you news while it is still news discovered a technical glitch that prevented our loyal readers from accessing our website. We spent a frustrating day resolving the issue and are pleased to report everything is now in order.

After three full years in the online news business, this is the first time we have experienced a significant outage and we hope it is our last.

Throughout the day we heard from many of you. What a good feeling to know you missed us! Thank you for your positive comments and your continued support.

I would have never guessed the cyberterrorists would have targeted the FO! Good to see you back up and running.
