During January 2015, the city surveyed 197 building permits with a total valuation of $3.2M. This activity brought in $116K in fees for the city. Permits were issued for 8 new buildings. Permit activity was slightly down in comparison to January 2014, when the city surveyed 213 permits, resulting in $140K in permit revenue.
